Did your product arrive damaged?

Oh no! If your product had arrived damaged, please refrain from using it and reach out to us immediately!  Please send the following information over to our Customer Experience Team:

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • A legible copy of your packing slip
  • A photo of the packaging in which the candle had arrived in

 

Please send these attached files (.jpg and/or .png only) to hello@jewelscent.com and a Customer Experience Representative will be assisting you shortly with further instructions.
