Do you accept returns?

If you're not happy with your order, we want to hear about it!  Simply contact us prior to the use, disposal, and/or distribution of your product(s) and we'll walk you through the process!
 
Unused products in a good/sealed and re-sellable condition can be returned to us within 90 days for a refund less shipping back to the original form of payment.  Returns must be shipped to the following address with a notated order ID number:

Disclaimer: Originally sealed products that return to us without a seal may be denied a refund.
 
Used products may not be returned under any circumstances.  If a free product, which was redeemed as part of a promotional offer, returns to us, a product voucher will be issued in place of a physical refund.

Shipping fees are not refundable except in special consideration or circumstance based on prior approval.

If our shipping carriers (USPS and/or UPS) cannot deliver your package, a refund less shipping will be issued back to the original form of payment upon return of the undeliverable product(s).
